Our Hand Rolled Bagels
The best darn ingredients, make the best darn bagels!
These are classic, hand rolled New York-style bagels.
Using only the very finest, all-natural ingredients such as specialty high-protein, unbleached and unbromated flour, always hand rolled and boiled in organic, barley malt infused water.
​
Each bagel is proofed, boiled, tossed into an ice bath and then baked on traditional burlap-wrapped wood bagel boards.
​
The result is the perfect balance between a crisp, crunchy crust and a dense, chewy inside.
​
It certainly takes more time, but oy, these are great bagels!!
